- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆They mixed up my application with a stranger so the qualifying verifications are not valid, a stranger has my home address, and I received the application through the mail saturday after 5, so the office was closed until today; which i tried to resolve because I have an issue with the time I'm scheduled to be in for. By issue i mean ride, i don't live in town so i have to plan appointments accordingly so that i can attend them. I thought the office opened at 8am so i did call early and left a voicemail,(MY mistake), but I tried several times again a few minutes after the opening time and they were too busy? I just want to be able to reschedule the interview and figure out if my application is still valid since someone at their office mixed it up with someone else's.By Felicia Hobbs, December 03, 2016
